Every sublimation SKU ships polymer-coated and press-tested. Ceramic mugs use ORCA-grade coating; metal panels are double-side coated unless noted.
Pre-shipment inspection on every order: coating check, size tolerance, surface defects and packing count. Photos and video sent before balance payment.
Stock items leave in 3–7 business days. Custom shapes, sizes or packaging take 15–25 days. Q4 (Sep–Nov) adds 5–10 days.
Yes. Beyond MOQ 1,000 pcs we can run custom moulds, shapes, packaging and private-label inserts.
Yes. Give us the 3PL or prep-centre address and we deliver there with your labelling requirements.
Air and sea dedicated lines are quoted DDP (we clear and pay duty). Express and postal are DDU — buyer pays duty on arrival.
Report within 7 days with photos. We replace defective units in the next shipment or refund the value.
